Request for proposals are invited for Procurement of Pharmaceutical Items (Medicine, Lab-Reagent and Consumable. Pharmaceutical Items (Medicine, Lab-Reagent and Consumable in three (3) lots Execution of One Similar contract: Bidders must provide evidence of having executed at least One Single Contract of similar nature (Lab Reagent) within the any of the last 5 years (2019 - 2023) the amount of such contract shall not be less than AFN 12,000,000/- or equivalent in USD or any currency that can easily be converted in AFN. The similarity of the executed contract shall be based on the size, nature, complexity, technology or other characteristics. Financial capabilities : Availability of financial evidence to make certain that the bidder can successfully execute the contract in terms of financial requirements. The amounts shall not be less than AFN 10,000,000/- or equivalent in USD or any currency that can be easily converted in AFN. Bid Security: For Lot#2 (Lab-Reagent) AFN 1,000,000/- Bid Security shall be valid for a minimum for 4 months effective from the date of Bid Opening ITB 27.1.
