Attached to the main tower block at Wellington College, the two storey annex building requires significant reconstruction of the external elements. During the course of the works the College intends to take advantage of the construction contract and carry out considerable reconfiguration and refurbishment of the ground floor. A new weather protective entrance foyer is created, the wellness facilities are enhanced with new medical treatment rooms created, new toilets are also introduced.
