The Contract Works required are: Block 10 Area 1: Alteration of existing wharekai building, including creation of marae area, new windows to replace existing joinery units to increase passive ventilation & new stacker doors in internal partition wall. Block 6 Area 2: Alterations of existing activities room including new ranch slider entry doors to replace existing, new stacker door in internal partition wall, new drop down deck curtains and complete refurbishment of interior surfaces and lighting. Like for like replacement of part of external cladding. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
