The Meath Lecp Sets Out For A 6-Year Period The Objectives And Actions Needed To Promote And Support The Economic Development And The Community Development Of The County. A Cloud-Based Solution Is Being Sought To Fully Support The Monitoring And Implementation Of The High Level Goals Objectives And Actions Of The Lecp. A Copy Of The Lecp Is Available Here Meath Local Economic And Community Plan 2023-2029_0.Pdf A Turnkey Solution Is Being Sought Which Will Be Fully Implemented And Operational Within 6 Weeks From Date Of Acceptance Of Tender. Further Information In Relation To The Requirements Of This Contract Are Outlined In Appendix 1 For The Request For Tender Document. The Meath Lecp Sets Out The 7 High Level Goals With Associated Objectives And Actions, Kpi’S, Action Leads, And Action Partners. The System Should Facilitate Action Leads, Some Of Whom Are External To Meath County Council, Updating Progress On The Implementation Of The Actions Assigned To Them. The System Should Also Facilitate Comprehensive Reporting On The High-Level Goals, Objectives, And Actions. Meath County Council Require Full Access And Administration Rights. The Successful Tenderer Will Also Be Expected To Offer Support And Deliver Training On The Use Of The System Including Any User Manuals Or Other Supports. The System Should Be Scalable To Allow For Future Plans Or Strategies To Be Added.
