The Isle Of Anglesey County Council Wishes To Appoint Qualified And Experienced Interior Designers In The Field Of Affordable Housing, Health And Care, And Dementia To Lead On The Interior Design Of An Extra Care Scheme Through Riba Stages 0 - 7 And To Comply With The 2015 Cdm Regulations. The Proposed Development Will Consist Of 45 Units In A Mix Of 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments, Together With Suitable Communal And Service Areas. The Finished Building Will Also Include 28 Residential Care En-Suite Bedrooms As An Independent Unit Within The Building And A Hub For The Community Resource Team (Crt). The Interior Design Of The New Building Is Expected To Reflect The History, Heritage And Natural Beauty Of Ynys Môn. The Isle Of Anglesey County Council Will Form A Project Group To Lead On The Development Which Will Include Staff From Both Housing And Social Services. The Successful Interior Designer Will Be Expected To Be Accountable To, And Work Closely With, The Project Team Throughout The Design And Construction Process.
