Pursuant To Art. 114, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Contract For The Execution Of The Order Begins After Confirmation By The Contracting Authority Of Secured Financing. When, After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, Either Party May Request Its Termination Without Notice. When, After A 10-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Should Be Considered Terminated.
