1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing Playground On The Premises Of The Childrens Treatment And Rehabilitation Center. Saint Jana Pawła Ii Located In Rybnik At Ul. During The Design Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Comments And Wishes In The Design Solutions, Unless They Are Inconsistent With Applicable Regulations And Standards, Construction Practice And Pfu. The Scope Of Construction Works Should Include All Construction, Demolition, Assembly And Other Works Included In The Pfu.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E.
