The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Access Roads To Agricultural Land In The Town: 1) Road Plot No. 470/1 In Tropiszów, 600 M Long, 2) Road Plot No. 928 In Złotniki, 590 M Long, 3) Road Plot No. 2563/2 In The Town Of Wawrzeńczyce, 150 Meters Long, 4) Road Plot No. 931 In The Town Of Złotniki, 170 Meters Long.2. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: Preparatory And Measuring Works, Milling Of Bituminous Surface, Mechanical Cutting Of Roadsides, Partial Renovation Of The Road Surface, Mechanical Cleaning Of Road Surfaces, Sprinkling Of The Road Surface, Construction Of Asphalt Concrete Road Surface (Mineral-Bituminous Grit And Gravel) (In- Binding Embankment, Abrasive Slurry), Consolidation Of The Roadside Surface, Mechanical Construction Of The River Bed, Construction Of Crushed Aggregate Sub-Base, Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Stone. 3. The Order Also Includes: - Possible Costs Related To The Organization Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic (Traffic Organization, Marking And Security Design) - Without Fees For Occupying Municipal Roads; - Costs Related To The Work Facilities; - Costs Related To Securing The Work Area; - Documentation As-Built – 2 Sets 4. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Bill Of Quantities (1÷4) - Annex No. 9, Annex No. 10 To The Swz; B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Called Stwiorb) - Annex No. 10 To The Swz.5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With: - Bill Of Quantities; - Stwiorb; - Conditions Arising From Applicable Technical Regulations, The Construction Law, The Act On Public Roads, Applicable Standards And Principles Of Construction Practice And Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations; - Requirements Resulting From Applicable Polish Standards And Technical Approvals (Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals, Technical Approvals, Technical Cards); - Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz).6.
