The Scope Of Works Includes: - Measurements And Securing The Area, - Construction Of Ball Catches, - Construction Of A 4 M High Pitch Fence, - Construction Of A 2.2 M High Pitch Fence, - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of A Stadium Shelter For 14 Seats - 2 Pcs. .,- Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of External Waste Bins - 4 Pcs.,- Tidying Up The Area. On Plot 146 There Is A Football Pitch With A Natural Grass Surface, A Locker Room Building And A Synthetic Grass Pitch Where The Above-Mentioned Works Are Planned To Be Carried Out Including The Construction Of Fencing, Delivery And Installation Of Ball Catches, Stadium Shelters And Waste Costs. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Conditions For Their Implementation Are Specified In: 1) Design Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz, 3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Which Is Of An Illustrative Nature And May Constitute Supporting Material For The Preparation Of Price Calculations By The Contractor. The Contractor Should Calculate The Value Of The Works Based On The Design Documentation, 4) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). 5) Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Pitch And The Location Of The Cable And Power Lanterns - Annex No. 12 To The Swz. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of: - Construction Of A Pitch With A Synthetic Grass Surface, - Construction Of Pitch Lighting Was Entirely Completed In Previous Years, Due To Therefore It Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price. The Ordering Party Provides The Contractor With A Post-Construction Surveying Inventory Of The Pitch And The Cable And Power Lanterns.
