The Scope Of Work Includes The Renovation Of The Solid-Fuel Boiler Room In The Building Of The Primary School In Lubosz, Including The Dismantling Of The Old Boiler Room, Installation Of A New Pellet Boiler With Piping, Distributors, Automation And Other Equipment, As Well As Electrical Installation, Heating Pipes, Utility Water, Sanitary Sewage System, Basic Lighting, Emergency, Evacuation, 230V Power Supply In Accordance With The Documentation Prepared By Art.Termo Jarosław Nagły. Os. Wieniawa 53/5; 64-100 Leszno, I.E. Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Multi-Discipline Technical Design, Executive Design And Stwior. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Renovation Of The Boiler Room (Painting, Filling, Plastering, Tiles, Window, Internal And External Doors) And The Construction Of External Stairs To The Boiler Room. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of The Mentioned Design Documentation Is Included In Annex No. 4. 2. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Geodetic Inventory Of As-Built Works. 2.2. The Contractor Will Provide A Source Of Electricity And A Source Of Water For Construction Purposes On Its Own. 2.3. The Contractor Will Include In The Valuation:• Costs Of Utilities Necessary To Complete The Order;• Costs Of Full Geodetic Service Of The Task Along With As-Built Geodetic Bearings Adopted By The Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center;2.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Insure The Construction Site, In Particular Against Civil Liability For Damage And Consequences Of Accidents Involving Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Works Carried Out;2.5.
