1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including Maintenance Of The Internal Access Road In The Town Of Buczek, Consisting Of: • Reconstruction Of The Axis Of The Existing Road In The Field • Cleaning Of The Existing Bituminous Surface Along With Condensing With Asphalt Emulsion • Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.50 Kg/M2 • Laying A Layer Leveling Layer In The Amount Of 70Kg/M2 Of Asphalt Concrete 0÷11 Kr-1 Ac-11W• Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0/5Kg/M2 Of The Laid Layer• Laying A 3.5 Cm Thick Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete 0÷8 Kr-1 Ac-8S • Hardening Of The Roadsides With A Surface Layer Of Crushed Stone 0÷31.5 Kg And Bituminous Reclaim, In Order To Enable The Entry Of Agricultural Equipment. • Setting Up Vertical Markings Necessary For Traffic Safety, Small Signs.• Planting The Roadsides With Soil Outside The Hardening.  Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annexes No. 7 And 8 To The Swz,  The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Offer Price - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 3) If The Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 7 And 8 To The Swz Uses Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Including In The Offer And Then Using Equivalent Solutions, With As Long As They Ensure Compliance Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order With The Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 7 And 8 To The Swz.
