The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Executive Design For The Replacement Of Detectors, Alarm Buttons And Control Modules Of The Siemens Fire Alarm System In The Palace Building In Wilanów, Ul. Stanisława Kostki Potockiego 10/16 Along With The Transfer Of Proprietary Rights For This Subject Of The Order, The Submission Of The Prepared Bill Of Quantities, The Investors Cost Estimate, And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb). The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Technical And Construction Regulations, As Well As Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Taking Into Account Modern Solutions That Rationalize The Costs Of Future Task Implementation, And In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Prepared Design Documentation Must Meet The Requirements Of The Provisions Contained In The Applicable Public Procurement Act Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Above-Mentioned.
