Accident And Health Insurance Services – Third-Party Payment Management Services. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Ensure The Daily Management Of Service Accidents, Travel Accidents And Occupational Illnesses Of Trainee And Ccas Staff And The City Of Colombes. In Accordance With Articles R. 2124-2 And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Contract Is Awarded By Open Call For Tenders. In Accordance With Article R. 2162-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Single-Award Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Same Code. The Order Amount Of The Initial Contract And Each Renewal Is Limited To 150,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
