Construction-Site Supervision Services - Exercise Of Independent Construction Supervision And Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project Of A Site: Sewage For Domestic Sewage And Wastewater Treatment Plant In The Village Of Rosen, Municipality Of Sozopol, Burgas Region. 2.1. Activity I - Preparation Of A Comprehensive Report For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Project With The Basic Requirements For Constructions Under Art. 169, Para. 1, Items 1-7, Para. 3 Of The Zut, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Zut For Site: Sewerage For Domestic Sewage And Wastewater Treatment Plant In The Village Of Rosen, Municipality Of Sozopol, Burgas Region. Within This Activity, The Contractor Should Perform The Following Tasks: Perform An Assessment Of Compliance With The Basic Requirements For The Construction Of All Parts Of The Investment Project, Of Drawings And Details Prepared In Volume And Content According To The Zut; To Prepare A Comprehensive Report On The Performed Conformity Assessment. 2.2. Activity Ii - Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut In The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Art. 168, Para. 1, Para. 3 And Para. 6 Of The Zut. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, The Contractor Should Perform The Following Tasks: Participates In Drawing Up A Protocol For Handing Over And Accepting The Approved Investment Project And Building Permit For The Implementation Of The Specific Construction; Draws Up A Protocol For The Opening Of A Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of The Construction, With A Valid Construction Permit. Within 3 Days Of The Drawing Up Of This Protocol, He Certifies The Construction Order Book, And Within 7 Days Of The Certification, He Notifies In Writing The Municipality, The Specialized Control Bodies And The Regional Directorate For National Construction Control (Rdnsl) Of The Certified Book (When This Is Required By A Normative Act ); Signs All Acts And Protocols During Construction, Which Are Drawn Up In Accordance With The Current Legislation, For Which He Is Authorized To Be A Drafter, Or A Person Who Performed An Inspection, Or A Person In Whose Presence The Document Was Drawn Up; Compiles And Organizes The Submission On Behalf Of The Employer Of All Necessary Documents, Requests, Applications And Other Documents To The Competent Authorities, With A View To Carrying Out The Investment Process Without Interruption; Prepares A Technical Passport Of The Construction, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006. Prepares And Submits A Final Report Within The Meaning Of Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, Drawn Up In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Smr, Facilities And Construction Sites. In Fulfillment Of His Obligations, The Contractor Also Performs: Exercise Of Continuous Construction Supervision Over The Implementation Of Smr, According To The Project And The Requirements Of The Normative Acts; Inspection Of The Executed Smrs By Quantities And Prices And Signing Of Protocols For Acceptance Of The Executed Smrs Prepared By The Contractor /Former Act Abr.19/; Ensuring The Creation Of Acts And Protocols In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 (Sg No. 72/2003), During The Construction And Installation Activities; Ensuring Compliance With The Terms
