The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint A Contractor To Prepare A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance With The Main Requirements For Construction And Technical Control Under The Constructive Part, And Exercise Construction Supervision, In Connection With The Design And Construction (Engineering) Of A Bridge Over The River Maritsa On The Road I-8 Sofia - Pazardzhik - Plovdiv At Km 188+568, And In This Connection A Contract Was Concluded For Its Implementation, With A View To Carrying Out Quality Construction Of The Site, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines . 1. Existing Situation: The Bridge Is An Eight-Span Structure With A Total Length Of 181 M (19.35 M + 6 X 23.65 M + 19.75 M). Situationally, The Facility Is In A Straight Line, And Levelly – In A Convex Vertical Curve. • Roadway: The Roadway Is Made Of Asphalt Concrete, Resurfaced Many Times. Push-Outs Of The Asphalt Pavement Are Observed At The Curbs, More Pronounced At The Left Sidewalk. There Is A Longitudinal Crack In The Pavement Along The Axis Of The Road. Exposed And Torn Reinforcement Is Observed On The End Beams, The Expansion Joints Are Damaged, The Asphalt Coating Is Cracked, And Leaks Are Found Through The Slab And Joints. This Condition Cannot Ensure The Safety Of Vehicular, Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic On The Bridge Located In The Town Of Pazardzhik Itself. The Asphalt Pavement Above The Closed Joints At The Gerber Joints Has One Large Transverse Crack And Numerous Small Transverse Net-Like Cracks In A 30-50 Cm Wide Strip Around It. The Expansion Joints At The Gerber Joints And At The Supports Are Of The Closed Type. They Are Fully Depreciated. On The Approaches To The Bridge, The Pavement Has Longitudinal, Transverse And Net-Like Cracks And Waves. The Pavement Is Made Of Concrete Tiles, Which, Like The Curbs, Have Collapsed. The Rules Are Dirty And Of Insufficient Height. The Steel Railing Is Of Insufficient Height, Corroded And Deformed In Some Areas. There Is No Road Restriction System (Osp) In Place. The Sidewalk Cornice Has A Collapsed Concrete Cover And Exposed And Corroded Reinforcement. Due To The Low Regulation, The Cornice Is Flooded With Water From The Roadway Of The Bridge. • Superstructure: The Road Slab Has Local Leaks And Transverse Cracks In The Areas Above The Pillars. The Pavement Brackets Have Multiple Leaks And Transverse Cracks In The Area Above The Posts. There Are Sections With Destroyed Concrete Cover And Exposed And Corroded Reinforcement. The Following Deficiencies Were Found In The Main (Main And Suspended) And Transverse Beams: - Insufficient Concrete Cover Of The Reinforcement In The Entire Superstructure (On Average 0.5 - 1.5 Cm With A Norm Of 3.0 Cm). The Concrete Cover Is Provided For The Beams With Pieces Of Ф10 - Ф12 Mm Reinforcement, Which Is Incorrect. - Destructured Concrete, Caverns And Voids In The Main Beams Allowed In Concreting During Construction Due To Very Dense Reinforcement And Insufficient Vibration. These Sections Are At The Gerber Joints, The Lower Belt Of The Beams, Etc. Exposed Reinforcement Has Surface Corrosion. - Section
