Request for proposals are invited for provide System Development Components for MSMEs in Afghanistan Description: The Zamir Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide system development components to support Micro, Smal... Close Date: 2024-07-30 Finalize the prioritization of needs based on the initial system needs assessment conducted by Zamir Foundation. This finalization shall consider factors such as operational requirements and budget constraints. The contracting company will collaborate with each SME to agree on prioritized components and finalize the specific services to be provided. Deliver and implement the required packages as per the technical specifications, through individual task orders under the BPA. Provide necessary training and support for the implemented systems. Reporting and Communication Submit detailed monthly progress reports. Conduct regular project meetings with the Zamir Foundation team. Submit a comprehensive final report upon project completion. Suppliers must not employ children under the legal working age defined by local laws and international standards. Suppliers must implement policies to prevent child labor in their operations and supply chains. Suppliers must not use any form of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor. Employment should be freely chosen, and workers must not be coerced to work through threats, violence, or any form of intimidation. Suppliers must ensure equal employment opportunities and treatment for all employees, irrespective of race, color, gender, religion, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status. Suppliers must pay workers wages and benefits that meet or exceed the minimum legal requirements or industry standards, whichever is higher. Workers should be compensated fairly for overtime work. Suppliers must comply with local laws regarding working hours and overtime. Workers should not be required to work excessive hours and should be entitled to regular rest periods and holidays.
