Which includes demolition of existing buildings 5 and 6, plus relocation of building 13, removal of trees and vegetation in line with resource consent approvals, construction of a new 80 bed acute facility, including consumer and staff amenities, construction of a new plantroom and modifications to the existing energy centre. This includes the onsite management of all health and safety requirements whilst the new facilities are developed, and any temporary works associated. This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. After evaluation, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to participate in the next step.
