The Candidate Must Submit All The Required Attachments And Explanations Showing The Candidates Suitability And Compliance With The Participation Request. Everyone Who Wants To Participate In The Dynamic Procurement System Must Meet The General Suitability Requirements Stated In The Request For Participation Throughout The Duration Of The Procurement Procedure. The Procurement Unit Is Obliged To Reject A Participation Application That Does Not Meet The Requirements. Purchases Are Made Within The Dynamic Procurement System With Separate Tender Requests. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Valid Until Further Notice. During The Establishment Phase Of The Dynamic Procurement System, At Least 30 Days Have Been Set Aside For Submitting The Application For Participation From The Day On Which The Procurement Notice Has Been Sent For Publication. During The Establishment Phase, It Is Not Possible To Conduct Tenders Within The Dynamic Procurement System. The Procurement Phase Will Be Moved To April 20, 2023 At The Earliest, And The First Tender Within Dps Will Tentatively Be Right After The Establishment Phase. The Procurement Phase Is Valid For The Time Being. In The Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, The Tendered Items And Their Criteria Are Specified.
