The Subject Of The Procurement Includes The Procurement And Installation Of Equipment For The Establishment Of Wireless Internet In Trains, Specified By The Technical Specification Of This Procurement Documentation And The Professional Basis Attachment, Including Cables, Integration Of The Installed Equipment With The Existing Wireless Internet System And The Obligation To Allow Full And Uninterrupted Operation In Full Functionality. With This Procurement Documentation, The Client Clearly Defined The Technical Specification Of The Requested Equipment, Which Determined What It Should Include, That Is, What Functionality It Should Have. Everything Determined By The Technical Specification Of This Procurement Documentation And The Attachment Professional Basis, The Economic Entity Is Obliged To Deliver And Implement And Let It Go Into Full Operation In Accordance With The Deadlines Established By The Relevant Procurement Procedure, And The Same Is Included In The Price Of The Offer. The Business Entity Is Obliged To Offer The Entire Quantity Of The Procurement Item. Offers For Only Part Of The Requested Quantity Will Not Be Considered. The Responsibility For The Conformity And Correctness Of The Installed Equipment As Well As The Issuance Of The Certificate Of Correctness Of The Railway Vehicle Towards The Client Lies With The Economic Entity, And The Same Equipment Must Be Intended For Use And Installation In Railway Vehicles And Intended For Use In The Railway System. The Subject Represents A Contractual Obligation And Is Included In The Offer Price. In This Way,
