The Investment Is To Be Implemented On The Plot No. 462 In Miastków Kościelny, 08-420 Miastków Kościelny. The Scope Of The Task Is To Harden The Plot Area – Execution Of Transport. When Implementing This Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Who Perform The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Items 1040, 1043 And 1495). The Ordering Party Requires That Among The Persons Engaged By The Contractor (Or Subcontractor) To Perform Construction Works, At Least 2 People Were, Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Execution, Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code And Covered By Social And Health Insurance; The Ordering Party Envisages Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In Particular For The Performance Of The Following Activities: 1) Works Related To Laying Paving Stones. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Part 14: Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship. In Addition, The Ordering Party Requires That The Employer Has The Right To Dispose Of The Following Persons (The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Civil Law Employment): • At Least 1 Person Who Will Act As A Construction Manager, Having The Authorization Construction Without Restrictions To Manage Construction Works In The Road Specialty. Note: The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Projects Constituting Annex No. 8, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 9. Design Documentation (Including Its Descriptive And Drawing Parts And The Bill Of Quantities) And The Stwiorb And The Contract Are Mutually Explaining And Complementary Documents, Constituting The Scope And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. All Construction Works And Other Activities Included In The Description But Not Included In The Drawings And/Or Included In The Drawings But Not Included In The Description And, Respectively, In The Bill Of Quantities And/Or Stwiorb And/Or The Contract, Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Documents. If Any Part Of The Works Results From Even One Of These Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform It. In The Event Of Any Discrepancy Or Contradiction Between The Indicated Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement In Accordance With A Higher Standard Or In A Larger Number Resulting From These Documents, Unless The Ordering Party Instructs Otherwise.
