1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Orlik Multi-Purpose Sports Field In Mełgwia.2. As Part Of The Task, The Renovation Of The Synthetic Grass Pitch Surface Was Planned By Replacing Its Most Worn Parts. Approximately 25% Of The Existing Pitch Is Scheduled For Replacement. After Replacing The Damaged Parts Of The Surface, Maintenance Of The Entire Surface Is Planned By: Cleaning The Pitch From Solid Dirt, Loosening The Upper Layer Of Filling, Cleaning The Rubber Granulate Filling, Brushing And Adding Granules. Additionally, Renovation Of The Polyurethane Surface Of The Multi-Purpose Sports Field Is Planned. In Order To Renovate The Surface Of The Multi-Purpose Sports Field, It Is Planned To: Replace Damaged Parts Of The Substructure, Clean And Prime The Surface, And Perform A Polyurethane Spraying. 2 Mm Of Brick-Colored Water-Impermeable Material Over The Entire Pitch Surface And Painting Lines Marking The Playing Fields. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Renovation Of The Synthetic Grass Surface With The Renewal Of Horizontal Markings - Football Pitch, 2) Renovation Of The Polyurethane Surface With The Renewal Of Horizontal Markings - Multi-Purpose Pitch, 3) Replacement Of Old Light Fixtures With Led Fixtures On 8 Poles Lighting,4) Replacement Of The Monitoring System: 4 Cameras + Recorder,5) Replacement Of Door Joinery (7 Pieces) In Cloakroom And Sanitary Rooms. 4. The Order Must Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz). 5.
