Expression of Interest are invited for Construction Supervision of Lot 1 Lowyaddo Zeila Road Section (30km) to Bituminous Standard The Government of Somaliland has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost of Multinational Project- Somaliland/Djibouti- Nagad -Loyada/Lowyaddo- Borama Road Phase 1 Upgrading Project and intends to apply part of proceeds for these grants to make eligible payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Lot 1 Lowyaddo Zeila Road Section (30km) to Bituminous Standard. The services include: (i) To review the design to accommodate any findings during implementation and ensure that the road is constructed in accordance with the General and Particular Conditions of Contract, the Technical Specifications and Engineering Drawings. (ii) To optimize the use of available material resources to minimize costs to the Employer or to maximize the quality of Works or to expedite construction. (iii) To ensure that the road is constructed within the Contract Price and Time allowed for Completion under the Contract. (iv).
