Request for proposals are invited for Armored Vehicle Cover Construction Project This project consists of the construction of two armored vehicle covers on the U.S. Embassy Algiers compound. The project description and appendices below are not exhaustive. They are not intended to cover every item necessary to perform the Work. The scope includes all related work in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Project Drawings and Specifications in Attachment 3 - Drawings. PROPOSAL PACKAGE All proposal packages are due by July 24, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. Algiers time. Proposal package evaluation will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable. Proposal package evaluation will be based on lowest price, technically acceptable. - The Contractor shall submit a proposal for the execution of all construction and related work in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Project Drawings in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2. The proposal bid sheet must comply with the format provided in attachment 2 to facilitate cost analysis of the Contractors offer. - The Contractor shall provide a quantity of construction personnel, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision as needed to complete the services and technical requirements in this Statement of Work (SOW). It is expected that the Contractor shall partner closely with Embassy personnel. - The work shall be executed in a diligent manner in accordance with a negotiated firm-fixed price and performance period. The period of performance for the project shall be completed in 120 calendar days from NTP, to include mobilization and demobilization from the site.
