Qualified and legally registered companies are invited to participate in this competition by obtaining a free certified copy of the tender documents by visiting the Associations office any day from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the following address: Palestine, Ramallah, Al-Masyoun, Legislative Circle, Sabat Building (next to Wasil Building), second floor . GENERAL CONDITIONS · The prices offered do not include value added tax, as the project is tax exempt from the Palestinian Ministry of Finance.
