Expression of Interest For Demand Assessment And Techno Economic Analysis

Expression of Interest are invited for Demand Assessment and Techno Economic Analysis IFC is procuring a firm to procure, a digital platform that provides services to support preparation and implementation of the Project (the Consultant). The Consultants scope of work will include assessing demand, providing preliminary mini-grid project costing including (CAPEX and OPEX), estimating generation, preparing generation design, as well as conducting economic analysis of Project in coordination with the other IFC Consultants. On top of the above, the Consultants platform should allow for managing procurement, implementation and monitoring, tenders and results-based financing (RBF) initiatives and monitoring and evaluating the performance of mini-grid programs. NOTES Following this invitation for EOI, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding. Only those firms which have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in the RFP phase. No notification or debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted.
