Purchase Of Dental Filling Materials And Related Products On The Basis Of Framework Contracts Valid For 24 Months, With The Possibility Of Extending To 12 Months. As A Result Of The Procurement, A Framework Contract Is Concluded With Two (2) Bidders For Each Part Of The Procurement, On The Basis Of Which Materials Are Procured As Needed (The Expected Amount Of Material Is Given In The Procurement Documentation). The Evaluation Criterion Is The Lowest Price In The Shopping Cart. The Goods Are Ordered From The Suppliers With Whom The Contract Is Concluded, According To The Unit Prices Given In The Shopping Cart, Where Preference Is Given To The Supplier Whose Material Unit Price Is Cheaper. If For Some Reason The Bidder With The Lower Unit Price Is Unable To Deliver The Goods Within The Term Specified In The Contract Or For Some Other Reason Cannot Do So, The Procurer Turns To The Next Bidder.
