Forsvarsbygg Invites The Supplier To Submit An Application To Participate In A Competition With Prequalification (Two-Stage Procedure), Which Applies To The Following Services/Project: Framework Agreement On Project Support Services, For Projects In Ramsund, Trondenes, Sortland And Haakonsvern. The Framework Agreement Shall Contribute To Cover The Clients Needs For Advice And Project Support When Carrying Out Several Projects For The Following Locations:- Main Location: Ramsund, In Tjeldsund Municipality.- Assignments In Connection With Projects At Trondenes In Harstad Municipality, In Sortland Municipality, As Well As Haakonsvern In Bergen Municipality. Resources Must Be Offered For Project Support That Will Cover Defense Constructions Overall Need For Assistance When Implementing The Projects. The Projects To Be Implemented Include Rehabilitation And New Construction Of Quays With Associated Infrastructure, Construction And Rehabilitation Of Buildings Within Various Categories, Establishment Of Roads And Infrastructure , Site Preparation And Bulk Handling Etc. Planned Projects Will Include Both Execution Contracts And Turnkey Contracts. The Main Work Under The Contract Will Be Project Support Related To Project Establishment, Detailed Design, Preparation Of Tender Basis And Work Basis, Contracting Phase, Follow-Up During Construction, Assistance With Completion Of Fdvu Documentation And Conclusion Of Contracts. A Separate Framework Agreement Is Established For Engineering Services/Engineering Group. Assumed That The Following Will Be The Most Important Resources: Design Manager Sha - Advisor (Kp) Progress Planner Project Manager Project Administration/Project Secretary In Addition, The Following Are Considered Relevant Resources, And Will Be Included In The Deliveries (The List Is Not Exhaustive): Project Safety Coordinator Project Economist Contract Advisor Construction Manager Sha-Advisor (Ku) The Supplier Must Deliver Resources For All Of These The Categories. All Resources Must Be Able To Be Security Cleared And Authorized To The Level Secret/Nato Secret. The Workplace For Resources Will Be At Forsvarsbyggs Premises At Haakonsvern, Bergen. Travel Costs/Travel Time, Food And Diet Are Not Covered In Connection With Attendance At Haakonsvern, Bergen. Elapsed Time Is Covered According To Hourly Rates Stated By The Supplier(S) In Connection With The Invitation To Tender. Some Travel To Other Locations In Connection With The Execution Of The Assignments, Respectively Ramsund In Tjeldsund Municipality, Sortland Municipality And Trondenes In Harstad Municipality, Must Be Expected. Travel Costs, Diet And Board, As Well As Travel Time Are Covered To These Locations In Accordance With Government Regulations. The Projects And Expected Delivery From Resources Within Project Support Services Will Be Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents, Part Iii, At The Invitation Of Tenders. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Tender If There Is A Factual Reason, For Example In The Event Of A Loss Of Planned Funding Or A Lack Of Political Or Military Approval Hold.
