Electricity - Delivery Of Low-Voltage Net Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For Sites Of Td Of Nra Plovdiv, Located In The Cities Of Plovdiv, Karlovo, Pazardzhik, Stara Zagora, Kazanlak, Haskovo, Kardjali, Smolyan And Dospat.. The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Supply Of Low-Voltage Net Electrical Energy For Administrative Buildings (Facilities) Of The Td Of The Nra Plovdiv, Located In The Cities Of Plovdiv, Karlovo, Pazardzhik, Stara Zagora, Kazanlak, Haskovo, Kardjali, Smolyan And Dospat. The Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of The Balancing Group Selected As The Contractor Should Ensure The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To This Public Procurement, Namely: 1. To Comply With The Provisions Of The Energy Act (Ee) And Its Regulations, All Regulatory Requirements Of The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) Adopted By Kevr, Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee), As Well As The Orders Of The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And All Applicable Regulations, So As Not To Be Removed From The Balancing Market Energy. 2. To Assume All Responsibility For The Purchase Of Electrical Energy And Its Sale To The Contracting Authority, According To The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. To Carry Out All The Necessary Actions In Order To Ensure The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply To The Contracting Authoritys Sites And The Execution Of The Order. This Electrical Energy Shall Be Available To The Contracting Authority At The Points Of Connection Of Its Facilities To The Distribution Network, At The Addresses Specified In Article 3 Of The Contract, In The Relevant Terms And In A Quantity Corresponding To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. 3. To Deliver The Necessary Quantities Of Low-Voltage Net Electric Energy For A Day, A Month And The Entire Period Of The Contract, With The Required Quality, Regardless Of The Estimated Quantity Specified By The Contracting Authority, To The Objects Specified By The Contracting Authority And To Perform All Necessary Actions, So To Ensure The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply During The Execution Of The Public Contract. 4. At His Own Expense, Providing All The Documents, To Perform The Necessary Actions To Register The Clients Objects In The Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee, And To Register The Client As A Participant In A Standard Balancing Group - An Indirect Member According To Ptee. 5. In The Capacity Of Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, According To Ptee, The Contractor Shall Provide Forecasting Of The Consumption Of The Employers Facilities, Including Administration Of Hourly Schedules For The Employers Consumption, Planning And Negotiation Of Specific Quantities Of Net Electric Energy, Coordination And Balancing, Arrange Deviations From The Stated Quantities Of Electricity For Each Settlement Period, Such As All Costs/Revenues For Balancing The Clients Sites And All Unbalance Costs For Each Settlement Period Are For The Contractors Account. 6. To Prepare Hourly Daily Load Schedules For The Supply Of Electrical Energy For The Contracting Authoritys Sites, And The Schedules Should Take Into Account The Expected Hourly Load For The Sites On A Normal Working Day, Weekends Or Holidays, As Well As During Planned Repairs
