TVNZ is looking to implement a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). We want to procure an HRIS software solution, Implementation services to enable the HRIS software solution and Support and Maintenance services for the post go-live period. The procurement is driven by a need to have increasingly effective and efficient HR systems. The project seeks to consolidate some or all of our existing HR systems into a single source of employee-related organisational data. Some existing HR software may be retained. We expect to implement a new system before the end of June 2025. We are restricted to the extent of system consolidation that we can commit to or undertake in the near term. Accordingly, we seek a system that can be rolled out as a series of optional modules with modules added during the Term, subject to funding availability and needs at the time. Expenditure on the system is expected to replace, in whole or in part, expenditure on current HR systems where they are replaced.
