Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Laboratory Supplies

Tenders are invited for Purchase of Laboratory Supplies and Equipment complete set of Bidding Documents in English or Arabic Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below (no.3)and upon payment of a non-refundable & the price of buying tender will be by lump sum as follows: a- (1.000.000)one million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge less than (1.000.000) Dollars . b- (2.000.000)two million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge more than (1.000.000) Dinar. The firms have a conflict of interest. All Bidders found to have a conflict of interest shall be disqualified. A Bidder may be considered to have a conflict of interest with one or more parties in this bidding process, if: (1) they have a common controlling partner; or (2) they receive or have received any direct or indirect subsidy from any of them; or (3) they have the same legal representative for purposes of this bid; or (4) they have a relationship with each other, directly or through common third parties, that puts them in a title to have access to information about or influence on the bid of another Bidder, or influence the decisions of the Contracting Entity regarding this bidding process; or (5) a Bidder submits more than one bid in this bidding process, either individually or as a partner in a joint venture. This will result in the disqualification of all such bids. However, this does not limit the participation of a Bidder as a subcontractor in another bid or of a firm as a subcontractor in more than one bid. or (6) a firm has been engaged by the Contracting Entity to provide specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the (Laboratory Supplies and Equipment) described in these Tender documents.
