1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Kindergarten Building In Lubomia At 5 Szkolna Street Along With The Expansion Of The Playground. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Demolition Of Windows, Doors, Stage Platform, - Installation Of Steel Beams And Lintels, - Demolition Of Walls, - Masonry Works - Partition Walls And Brickwork, - Installation Of Internal And External Doors, - Installation Works - Water - Sewage, Central Heating, Electrical, - Cutting Screeds And Making New Screeds, - Making Plasters And Plasters, - Installing Suspended Ceilings, - Installing Floors, - White Assembly, Installing Fittings And Accessories, - Finishing And Painting Works, - Delivery And Assembly Of A Multi-Functional Play Set Along With The Construction Of A Safe Surface Made Of A Hypertrophic Mat On Geotextile, Including The Performance Of All Works Described In The Documentation: Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And In The Bills Of Quantities That Are Necessary From A Technical Point Of View For The Proper Completion And Commissioning Of The Task In Question. Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, All Works Must Be Performed In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To People Staying In The Facility. The Method Of Carrying Out The Works Cannot Negatively Affect The Functioning Of The Facility, I.E. Prevent Normal Use Of The Facility. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Detailed Design, Technical Design, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), 3) Bills Of Quantities. In Connection With That The Remuneration Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities Received From The Ordering Party, Using The Price Base He Adopted For Cost Estimation And After Adding Vat.
