A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification3. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320) Include The Following Types Of Activities: Laying Floors, Painting Walls, Dismantling And Installing Doors, Work On Electrical Installations - Including Called General Construction Works.4.
