4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Covered Sports Field With A Sanitary And Cloakroom Facility And A Connector Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure On Part Of The Plot No. 424/1, At Ul. Szkolna 5 In Trzebiel. The Volume Of The Covered Playing Field With A Sanitary And Cloakroom Facility And The Volume Of The School Will Be Connected By A Connector Via Internal Stairs On The Gable Wall Of The School Building. The Facilities Will Have The Following Installations: Central Heating, Hot Water, Water, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Mechanical And Electrical Ventilation. The Designed Single-Story Gymnasium In The Form Of A Semicircular, Pneumatic Roof Over A Pitch With Artificial Grass Will Consist Of Two Separate Fire Zones, I.E.: S1 (Sports Part - Hs) And S2 (Wss Part). A Separate S3 Zone And A Separate Building Within The Meaning Of § 210 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (I.E. A Multi-Functional Playing Field With A Playing Field For Basketball, Volleyball And Tennis, In The Outer Lines Of The Playing Field 15.0X29.0 M With A Surface Of Multi-Functional Synthetic Grass With Side Runs Of 2,22 And End Runs 2.6/2.8 M, Total Dimensions 19.44 X 33.40 M, Area Total 651.0 M2. The Functional Program Was Developed For The Needs Of A Sports Facility, It Assumes The Possibility Of Staying On The Pitch For A Maximum Of 50 People (Two School Classes Of 24 Students + 2 Teachers) And On Sports Chairs For Up To 50 People - All As Regular Users. The Playing Fields Will Be Equipped With Complete Equipment Sports. 2 Sets For Basketball, 1 Set For Volleyball/Tennis, With Adjustable Net Height. Some Of Them Will Be Removable, Depending On Your Needs. In Addition, There Is A 4-Station Laser Shooting Range Set Up For Shooting Exercises. The Multi-Purpose Sports Field Will Have A Roof With A Permanent Structure, Which Will Be A Single-Story Arched Hall With A Compact Shape And External Dimensions Of 20.34 X 44.38 M. The Height Of The Front Elevation At The Highest Point Of The Covering Arch Is 9.5 M. The Covering Structure Will Be Made Of Steel. Next To The Multi-Purpose Sports Field Inside The Tent Hall, A Sanitary And Cloakroom Building (Wss) Was Designed For The Needs Of School Students, Intended For Max. Two Classes (2 X 24 Students Of Both Sexes) And For 2 Teachers - A Total Of Max. 50 People. The Division Of Functions In The Wss Allows For Division Into Girls And Boys Locker Rooms, Washrooms With Showers, And Separate Toilets For Women, Men And For Disabled People. The Sanitary Rooms Have Sewage Grates And A Hose Connector. The Wss Has A Technical Room For Pitch Maintenance And A Sports Equipment Warehouse.
