The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Together With An Investors Cost Estimate And The Exercise Of Authors Supervision For The Implementation Of The Task Called: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Zus Inspectorate In Cieszyn. The Scope Of Development And Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order For The Task Are: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory To The Extent Necessary For Development Of Design Documentation; 2) Development Of A Concept For Limiting Excessive Glazing Of All Window Frames, Including The Liquidation Of The Front Facade (Eastern And Southern Facades) And Taking Into Account The Colors Included In Annex 1 To The Wdt Opinion. 3) Development Of A Construction Design In Accordance With Technical Standards For The Facilities And Plots Of The Plant And The Opinion Of Wdt, 4) Development Of Information Regarding Health And Safety (Bioz); 5) Developing A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 6) Preparing A Detailed Investor Cost Estimate; 7) Preparing A Bill Of Quantities; 8) Obtaining Arrangements, Opinions, Permits And Decisions Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Task.
