The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of Additional Equipment For The Witec Alpha300rsa+ Raman Microscope Owned By The Interministerial Institute Of Radiation Technology Of The Lodz University Of Technology. Retrofitting Components Must Be Mechanically And Electronically Compatible With The Witec Alpha300rsa+ Raman Microscope With Serial Number Sn 100-1100-822. A Detailed Description Of The Equipment Parameters Is Included In The Technical Specification, Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference, 2) Loading And Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 3) Assembly Of The Delivered Components, Starting The Microscope After Retrofitting And Conducting A Presentation Of The Installed Components At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Along With Training In Their Functionality , 4) Contractor Authorized By The Manufacturer In The Field Of Components Compatible With The Witec Alpha300rsa+ Raman Microscope. (Authorization Described As A Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Chapter Xv Of The Swz), 5) Provision Of Free Technical Support On Business Days From 8.15 A.M. To 4.15 P.M. By Phone Or E-Mail, Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of Servicing Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Annex No. 5 To Swz 6) The Minimum Warranty Period Is Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If A Longer Warranty Period Is Offered, The Contractor Will Receive Additional Points. (Criteria For Evaluation Of Offers Described In Chapter Xv Of The Swz). Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Guarantee Are Specified In The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 2.The Delivered Components Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage. It Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. 3. The Delivered Components Must Meet All Standards Imposed On Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Applicable Legal Regulations, And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. The Delivered Components Must Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation, Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Must Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 5.The Delivered Components Must Be Packed In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. And If Necessary, They Should Be Wrapped In Outer Packaging To Protect Against Damage Or Destruction. 6. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
