Tenders Are Invited For Robotized Workplace For Assembling Lock Nuts

The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Supply Of A New Robotic Assembly Workplace For Folding Lock Nuts For Robotic Installation Of All Components. This Is The Acquisition Of A Fully Automated Robotized Assembly Workplace, Which Will Be Equipped With Vibrating Feeders/Conveyors (The Nut Is Assembled From 3 Parts – Lower Plastic Part, Steel/Metal Part, Upper Plastic Part) Part Of The Zd Attachments Are Data Incl. Drawing Documentation Of Two Assemblies, All Components. The Manipulator Will Fill In The Components And Take Away The Finished Products For Further Processing. The Workplace Will Be Connected To The Superior Information System (Erp)/Mes System Of The Company Using 3+3 Digital 24V Binary Signals, Which Will Give Outputs To The Companys Erp/Mes System Qi. It Is Therefore An Integration Between The Acquired Technology (Robotized Workplace) And The Existing Erp/Mes System, Which Will Communicate Directly With The Mes Module, Thanks To Which It Will Be Possible To Record And Evaluate The State Of The Equipment (Working/Not Working) As Well As The Key Set Parameters Of The Line (For Predicting Malfunctions , Tool Wear, Etc.). The Subject Of Performance Is Further Specified And Described At Least By The Required Technical Specification In Annex No. 2 (Technical Parameters). Failure To Meet The Technical Specification Of The Contract Will Result In The Tender Being Excluded From Further Evaluation. According To § 2E Of Act No. 320/2001 Coll., On Financial Control In Public Administration, The Selected Supplier Is A Person Obliged To Cooperate In The Performance Of Financial Control. The Company Declares That This Tender Is Not A Public Business Competition Or A Public Promise, And It Is Not A Public Contract Implemented In Accordance With Act 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts.
