An Upgrade Of The Heating Services To Replace Leaking Underground Pipework Under The Long Hall With New Above Ground Pipework Run On The Flat Roof Over The Long Hall With Pipe Drops To New Above Ground Pipework Runs To Connect To Existing Radiatiors On The Ground Floor And To The Existing Flow And Return Pipework Serving The Upper Floors. New Above Ground 2 Pipe Heating Distribution Pipework And Radiators Are Proposed For The Reception Offices, Locker Rooms And Toilets, And New Pipework Runs To Existing Radiators In The Admin Offices Computer Room And Common Room Including Additional Heating Controls And All Associated Electrical And Builders Works And Redecoration.
