The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, For Low Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances For The Needs Of The Objects Of The Municipality Of Beloslav. The Supplies Of Net Active Electric Energy Begin After Registration Of The Sites Of The Contractor On The Free Electricity Market And Are For A Period Of 12 (Twenty) Months, Counted From Confirmation Of The First Schedule For The Supply Of Net Active Electric Energy, And Confirmation That It Is Included Among The Users Falling Within The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Under Art. 11, Item 13, In Connection With Art. 23 Of The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee), With The Relevant Electricity Distribution Network Operator, For Which The Contractor Sends A Written Notification To The Contractor (Indicative Date - 01.11.2024).
