This Contract Includes The Services Below For Consumption Sites In Segments T1 To T3: - The Supply Of Natural Gas And Related Services; - Access To The Public Distribution Network And Its Use Within The Framework Of A Single Contract And All Associated Services (Excluding The Card Contract) In The Event That There Is No Direct Delivery Contract With The Dso (Card), The Contracts Concluded With The Holders Are Single Contracts, That Is To Say Contracts Grouping Together The Supply, Access And Use Of Networks. The Holder Is, Due To The Single Contract, The Intermediary With The Network Manager, In Accordance With The Provisions Governing The Conditions Of Access And Use Of The Public Transport And Distribution Network. These Provisions Are Defined In The Grd-Supplier Contract Concluded Between The Grd And The Contract Holder, In The Distribution Conditions (Gas) And The Catalog Of Services Of The Grd. The Consumption Sites To Be Supplied With Energy Are Connected To The Grdf Distribution Network.
