Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Swz 3. Information On The Joint Application Of Contractors For The Award Of The Contract Is Included In Chapter Ix Swz. 4. Detailed Information Is Included In The Swz. 5. When Evaluating Offers, The Ordering Party Will Apply The Procedure Specified In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 6.
