1. Subject Of The Order (Part 1) Entitled Reconstruction And Expansion Of Multi-Family Buildings Belonging To The Housing Stock Of The Radzionków Commune - Ul. Gwarków 48 In Radzionków Includes The Performance Of The Following Construction Works: A) Changing The Functional Layout Of A Non-Residential Premises On The Ground Floor (Dividing The Premises Into Two Residential Premises); B) Construction Of A Central Heating Installation Through The Construction Of Individual Gas Central Heating Installation Systems For 10 Premises In A Multi-Family Building ( Separate Heating Circuit For Each Premises) Along With Devices And Ventilation Installation; C) Performance Of Thermal Modernization Works, In Particular: Insulation Of External Building Partitions (Walls, Roofs), Waterproofing Of Foundation Walls Along With Accompanying Works, Replacement Of Windows And Doors (Interior And External ) To Eliminate Heat Losses; D) Development Of The Area Around The Residential Building.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Procurement Documents Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Including The Specification Of Procurement Conditions Together With Any Amendments And Explanations Thereof (Swz), Prepared In The Course Of The Proceedings And, Prepared In The Course Of The Proceedings, And The Following Documents: Annex No. 1A (Regarding Part 1), In Particular: Documentation Design (Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Land Development Design With Attachments) Along With Bills Of Quantities And Thermal Modernization Documentation (Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Technical Design /Electrical Industry/ With Attachments) Along With Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb And Building Permit. 3. In The Case Of Implementation Of Part 1 Of The Order - The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Construction Works Related To The Connection Of The Residential Building At Ul. Gwarków 48 In Radzionków To The Gas Network Of The Psg Gas Installation In Accordance With The Terms Of Contract No. 60942/11/22/W1005910/0 Of December 15, 2022 Concluded Between The Radzionków Commune And Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Tarnów, Zakład Gazowniczy Branch In Zabrze, Letter No. 111475893 Of June 12, 2024 (Regarding Extension Of The Deadline) And Terms Of Connection To The Gas Network No. 3100/0000146466/00001/2022/00000 Of November 14, 2022 The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform These Works By The Deadline Of May 31, 2025 And Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Suffered By The Ordering Party As A Result Of Failure To Fulfill The Obligations Specified In This Provision, Including Exceeding The Deadline Specified Herein.
