Part I - Task I Includes The Renovation Of Two Residential Premises (Vacant Properties) Owned By The Commune Of The City Of Radom, Which Are In The Resources Of The Municipal Housing Management Board In Radom, Located In Radom In The Following Locations: - Ul. 25 Czerwca 39 M 7 ;- Ul. M.C. Skłodowska 8 M 3B2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Masonry And Plastering, Flooring And Cladding Works, Carpentry And Painting, 2) Sanitary Installation Works With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 3) Electrical Installation Works With The Necessary Replacement Of Accessories, 4) Works In The Field Of Gas Installations Along With The Necessary Replacement Of Equipment,5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For Each Residential Premises To The Extent Specified In § 4 Point 16) Of The Contract (Template Of The Contract, Annex No. 8A To Swz).3. Characteristics Of The Premises: Task I: Residential Premises At Ul. 25 Czerwca 39 M 7 The Premises Are Located On The Ground Floor In A 2-Story Brick Building In A Traditional System, Without A Basement, Wooden Ceilings, Load-Bearing And Partition Walls Made Of Brick. The Building Is Managed By A Housing Association. The Premises Consist Of A Kitchen And A Room. Usable Area - 25.80 M². The Detailed Scope Of The Renovation Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities. Residential Premises At Ul. M.C. Skłodowska 8 M 3B The Premises Are Located On The First Floor In A 3-Story Building Constructed In The Traditional System, Without A Basement, Wooden Ceilings, Load-Bearing Walls And Brick Partitions. The Building Was Built In 1905, Managed By The Municipal Premises Board. The Premises Consist Of A Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet, Hall And 3 Rooms. Usable Area - 106.14 M² 4. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Included In Contract Template (Contract Template - Annex No. 8A To The Swz), Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9A, 9B To The Swz), And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz
