Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Lipno Commune Public Library In Radomice

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Radomice, Located On Plot No. 95/16 In Radomice, Radomice District, Lipno Commune (0408062), Lipno Poviat, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.2. As Part Of The Planned Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure, The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center Is Planned To Be Enlarged. An Expansion Of Two Avant-Corps On The South-Eastern (Front) Façade And Arcades On The North-Western Façade Is Planned. Additionally, It Is Planned To Build An Internal Staircase And Add An Attic. Thanks To This, The Rooms Will Gain More Space (E.G. Library, Reading Room, Multi-Purpose Room) And Rooms With New Functions Will Be Created (E.G. Office Rooms, Training And Conference Room, Staff Social Room). The Plan Of The Building After Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Will Consist Of Rectangles With Maximum Dimensions Of 23.92 M X 22.57 M. The Height Of The Building Will Be 8.30 M. The Building Will Be Covered With A Roof With A Slope Angle Of 25° And 40°. The Entrance To The Building Is In The Central Part Of The South-Eastern Façade, Placed Symmetrically And In The Arcade Of The North-Western Façade. As Part Of The Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure, It Is Planned To Partially Demolish Load-Bearing Walls, Partition Walls And Cut Holes In The Internal And External Load-Bearing Walls, As Well As Demolish The Wall Under Some Window Openings On The North-Western Façade. The Planned Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Also Assume Building Newly Designed Load-Bearing Walls (Including External Walls) And Partitions, Bricking Up Some Door And Window Openings, Adding Avant-Corps (On The South-Eastern Front Elevation) And Arcades (On The North-Western Façade). On The Southwestern Façade, It Is Planned To Brick Up The Existing Window Openings With Glass Blocks. Along With The Reconstruction Of The Rooms, The Existing Internal Networks Will Also Be Rebuilt: Sanitary, Electrical, Water Supply, Central Heating And Hot Water. The Project Envisages The Use Of Existing Gravity Ventilation Channels After Checking Their Operation. At The Internal Stairs To The Attic, A System Stair Platform Is Planned To Be Installed To Provide Access For People In Wheelchairs. Additionally, There Are Toilets For People With Disabilities On The Ground Floor And In The Attic. 3.
