The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. The Order Includes All Works Enabling And Aimed At Implementing The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Roof With A Permanent Structure For The Existing Multi-Purpose Sports Field At The Primary School In Ostrów In The Gać Commune. The Investment Will Be Located On The Plot No. 1096/1 Located In Ostrów, Gać Commune. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Necessary Works That Will Lead To The Result Described In Annexes 11 And 12 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes Demolition, Construction And Installation Works, As Well As The Delivery Of Equipment And Materials. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Proceedings And The Contract In Accordance With The Procurement Documents, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Laws, Principles Of Construction Practice, Construction Safety And Future Operation, While Maintaining All The Quality Of The Materials And Solutions Used And In A Way That Ensures Future Failure-Free Use Of The Facilities. In Accordance With Their Intended Use. The Contractor Undertakes To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Consents, Permits, Documents, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility (If Required), As Well As Any Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
