The Contractor Undertakes To Design And Implement An Mee With Guaranteed Technical Parameters And Achieving And Maintaining The Guaranteed Technical Parameters, Which - Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Agreement And The Legal Regulations In Force On The Date Of Signing The Taking-Over Into Operation Protocol - Will Be Able To Fulfill All Intended Functions, As Well As Perform All Other Obligations Of The Contractor Specified In The Agreement.
