Main Activities Regarding The Provision Of Services Under The Contract And Requirements Regarding The Technical Proposal For The Design Component During The Contractual Period, The Tenderer Will Be Responsible For The Provision Of The Following Services: - Technical Documentation For Obtaining Approvals, Agreements And Authorizations, Including Obtaining Them By The Tenderer On Behalf Of The Beneficiary; - Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Construction Authorization (Pac/Dtac); - Technical Documentation For The Organization Of Execution (Poe/Dtoe); - Technical Project Of Execution, Specifications, Execution Details (Pt+Cs+De); - Supporting The Technical Documentation For Verification In Front Of Certified Technical Verifiers Appointed By The Contracting Authority And In The Beneficiary Evaluation Commission (Cte); - Adjusting The Technical Documentation In Accordance With The Observations Of The Project Verifiers And Cte Members, If Necessary; - Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works, Including His Participation In The Phases Included In The Control Program Of The Execution Works, Approved By The State Construction Inspectorate; - Elaboration Of The Energy Performance Certificate Upon Completion Of The Execution Works, Which Will Be Attached To The Acceptance Verbal Process. - Elaboration Of As-Built Documentation. P2. Main Activities Concerning The Execution Of Construction Works And Requirements Regarding The Technical Proposal For The Works Execution Component The Works Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Approved Technical Documentation In The Technological Order Of Execution, With Strict Compliance With The Program For Controlling The Quality Of The Works And The Determining Phases. Duration Of The Contract 27 Months, Of Which: • Duration Of Design Services – 3 Months; • Duration Of Works Execution – 24 Months;
