The Aim Is To Hire A Property Developer (“Contractor”) To Build These Two Nursing Homes And To Realize Subsidized Residential Buildings On Properties On The 3Rd Floor (Würtzlerstrasse 25, “Haus Maria Jacobi”) And 11Th (Rzehakgasse 4, “Haus Haidehof”). The Contractor Must Build The Two Nursing Homes On The Basis Of Building Rights According To The Ags Specifications And Then Rent Them To Them On A Long-Term Basis.
