Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to Support Update of EthiopiaS National Electrification Strategy and Program Following the Government of Ethiopias (GoE) request for support in the update of the NEP 2.0 (2019) the World Bank is seeking the services of a Consultant (firm or a consortium), with relevant and proven expertise and experience to support the GoE to undertake an update of the National Electrification Program (NEP) and assessment of least-cost electrification options as outlined in the following Terms of Reference (TOR). The objective of the assignment is to support the GoE in the preparation of a new updated NEP based on the least-cost analysis as well as corresponding investment prospectus so that it includes the modalities by which to increase the pace of electrification in order to achieve universal access, total investment required, as well as implementation strategy and institutional arrangements, for universal access of electricity.
