Expression of Interest For National Inventory And Mapping Of Selected Local Government Infrastructure

Expression of Interest are invited for National Inventory and Mapping of Selected Local Government Infrastructure in Chad The objective of this study is for a firm to carry out a comprehensive inventory and mapping of selected local government infrastructures in Chad. It will consider the state of infrastructure (building, electricity, internet, accessibility via roads), equipment (digital and other equipment, materials), archives (existence and state of archives) and human resources (availability of personnel, training, digital skills). The inventory and mapping are intended to improve the understanding of the current state of government offices; inform investment decisions for the improvement of civil registration and identification centers (CAUs)including the potential to pool resources between different government offices in the same area; and provide the government of Chad with a sustainable resource to allow it to monitor and evaluate progress in this respect.
