1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip The Kindergarten Building At Ul. Siemiatycka 2 As Part Of The Investment Project Titled Construction Of A Kindergarten At Ul. Siemiatycka , In The Bemowo District Of The Capital City Warsaw.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The List Of Catering Equipment And Household Appliances - Annex No. 1 To Opz.3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Unused. It Cannot Come From: Recovery, From Projects Carried Out By Other Clients, From Exposure At Sales Points. It Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects Or Third Party Claims And Made Of Materials With All Legally Required Certificates And Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In The Republic Of Poland. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter And The Rules Of Contract Execution Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annexes To The Swz.
